BRITAIN'S BEST BACON
"The only bacon not to leak juice - just buttery, perfumed fat. This was a textbook rasher: deliciously chewy, with a good pork flavour and just a hint of juniper in the aftertaste. The higher meta-to-fat ratio made this perfect for a bacon sarnie"
