Cooked Meats

Available in vacuum packs of 100gms, 200 gms and 500 gms, the current range consists of organic beef, organic ham and organic turkey.

Cooked Beef

The beef is from our range of fast roasting joints - topside, Thick Flank, etc. This is the best quality roasting joints, full of flavour, and like all our award-winning beef range, traditionally matured (hung) for three weeks.

 

 

 

Pastrami Beef

Our packs of Pastrami beef are cooked to perfection and sliced or left in a joint. Made to authentic Pastrami recipes the flavour of the herbs and spices give that subtle blend of flavours so characteristic of true Pastrami beef. Great for salads or sandwiches.

 

 

Dry-Cured Pork Ham

Reviving a traditional British meat is the aim of our organic Mutton Ham, available as cooked or uncooked, and based on old British recipes.

Pates

This delicious range of organic pates is made by the Patchwork Pate company in north Wales.

There are currently five pates in the range.

All are available in either 120g, 230g or 455 gms, and all are frozen : 

	Organic Chicken with apple chutney & cider Fresh organic chicken livers combined with sautéed onions, organic cider from Suffolk and organic apple chutney. A traditional taste with a twist.
	Organic Devilled Chicken with Madeira Fresh organic chicken livers sautéed with Welsh Organic bacon and blended with mustard and Madeira for a fiery pate with a bite.
	Organic Chicken with mushroom & Tarragon Fresh organic chicken livers, gently fried, and sautéed with onions and mushrooms blended with organic sherry from Portugal and tarragon.
	Organic Chicken with lemon & lemoncello Fresh organic chicken livers blended with organic lemon juice and zest and organic lemoncello.
	Organic Brandy & Herb pate Walnut shell brown classic original drizzled with chopped red peppers and herb has a smooth yet meaty texture, the livery richness is herb and aromat enhanced, generously laced with French brandy, giving a long satisfying flavour. A classic starter for any menu.

Smoked Salmon Pate

A wonderfully creamy pate with a subtle yet satisfying flavour, made with local organic crème fraiche and organic salmon from the north of Scotland.
