Cooked Meats
Available in vacuum packs of 100gms, 200 gms and 500 gms, the current range consists of organic beef, organic ham and organic turkey.

Cooked Beef
The beef is from our range of fast roasting joints - topside, Thick Flank, etc. This is the best quality roasting joints, full of flavour, and like all our award-winning beef range, traditionally matured (hung) for three weeks.

Pastrami Beef
Our packs of Pastrami beef are cooked to perfection and sliced or left in a joint. Made to authentic Pastrami recipes the flavour of the herbs and spices give that subtle blend of flavours so characteristic of true Pastrami beef. Great for salads or sandwiches.

Pates
This delicious range of organic pates is made by the Patchwork Pate company in north Wales.
There are currently five pates in the range.
All are available in either 120g, 230g or 455 gms, and all are frozen :

Smoked Salmon Pate

A wonderfully creamy pate with a subtle yet satisfying flavour, made with local organic crème fraiche and organic salmon from the north of Scotland.
