Joints BUY NOW
Leg/Shoulder - Either whole (2-2.7kg [4 to 6 lbs]) or halves (1 to 1.4 kg [21b to 3 lb]); Boned & rolled whole and halves are 2/3rds the weight.
Butterfly joint - Boned out leg. Ideal for BBQ, and marinating. Approx 1.8-2 kg
Shanks - around 500g for leg shank; 450g for should shank.

Loin Joint - Boned and rolled, so very easy to cook and carve. Around 0.5 to 1 kg (1 to 2 lbs).
Racks - These delicious small joints are made of the cutlets of the lamb, weighing around 600 gms.
Breast- Sold whole and singly, and weighing around 0.7 kg (1 lb 8 oz).
