The story behind the meals
We are proud to tell the true story behind the taste of our ready meals, as the meat used in the dishes is sourced from the Graig Farm Producer Group, a network of mainly small, family-run farms across Wales and the Borders (click here for more information). Each pack carries Graig Farm Organics’ unique traceability label that details the farm, the breed of the animal and lists a specific website reference so you can find out more.
Created by local cook Lavinia Vaughan in her farmhouse kitchen, the dishes are prepared by hand in small batches, then frozen to capture all the taste. We believe passionately that if you start with the best ingredients, you have to do very little to create a wonderful meal. this principle of pure ingredients, basaed on home cooking brings out the best in Graig Farm’s meats whether it is a spicy oriental-style dish or a traditional hearty casserole.

This range is available direct from Graig Farm Organics and from our various retail outlets across the UK. Each meal is 300g (or 400g), contains between 46% and 85% meat and serves one or two (depending on appetite) as a main course dish. It is sent out frozen.
